Slaughtering Chickens (How to do pithing)
This site is interesting. It talks about hypnotizing your chicken before killing it. It also talks about Pithing (a method of killing a chicken by inserting a sharp knife or rod into the chickens brain through the beak). It has a diagram of the innards of a chicken and shows you where to insert the knife for best effect.
Also it describe a quick way to dress out and skin a chicken. And has recipes.
