Hospital incubator turned chick incubator

I have the opportunity to get an old hospital incubator (that is what they call them, isn't it?) for free. Of course, I will need to alter it to be suitable for birds. I think that I would want to use it for lockdown/hatch, still air. I like that it has a huge clear domed window to look in through. I don't have a picture of it right now, but will post one when I get the machine.

Has anyone here ever repurposed one of these before? Any tips on how to make it work well, or any tips in general, are welcome. I think it could be an interesting project.

You may want to sell it to a Bulldog breeder and use the money to buy a spanky new incubator.  It may be an easier process.

What would it be worth to them?
